Short Breaks

Short breaks (mid-week and weekends) for a minimum 2 nights stay, may be available out of peak season for the Quail House (from £195) and the Shepherds Hut (from £135) or jointly booked together (from £297, including 10% discount). Short breaks during June, July and August will only be available if we have a late cancellation - please contact us to check availability.

Booking & Payment Details

• Prices are as stated with no hidden extras and fully inclusive - heating and electricity, bed linen & towels, and basic essentials: tea, coffee & sugar.
• Rental rates quoted are for the accommodation - and not per person.
• The weekly rate charged is per the rate that applies for that month's date of arrival - thus a week beginning at the end of May but continues into June, is charged only on the May rate, for example. 
• We require a £100 deposit to confirm bookings. The deposit is non-refundable after a 7 day cooling off period
• We will forward our Terms and Conditions with your booking confirmation
• Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival; we recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover holiday cancellation.
• Short breaks to be paid in full at the time of booking please.
• Payment please by bank transfer or cheque and we will confirm your booking by email (or post), as soon as your payment is received & cleared.

Arrival & Departure

• The Quail House and Shepherds Hut are available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure. 
• Weekly stays are normally Saturday to Saturday
